By limiting email enjoyment during work hours it decreases the chance of clients being overcharged for work hours and also decreases the chance of bolshy of profit due to an employees attention being somewhere some other than work.What is an emails path once it leaves an organization? Depending on the company it could go straight off to the person it is addressed to or it could go through the IT department hence to the person it is addressed to.
